To avoid queueing in Reception, you may also settle your bill the night before you leave. Should it not be possible for you to get here by 8 pm on your arrival day, we would be grateful if you could let us know.
SHORT STAY
Four days at the Rosenbaum including Gourmet Half Board.
The Short Stay offer only applies from Sunday to Thursday. The Short Stay offer is not available on the following public holidays: Easter / Labour Day / Whitsuntide / German Reunification Day / Ferragosto (15th August).
WEEK STAY
The rates for the Week Stay offer only apply from Sunday to Sunday.
CHILD DISCOUNTS
All prices and discounts are per child per day in their parents’ room
(two full-price guests).

On request we will be pleased to provide you with a cot.
DOGS
We make a charge of 12 Euro per day / excl. feed
. We hope that you will understand that dogs are not allowed in the dining room or pool area.
No dogs are allowed in our Stone Pine Magic Suites.
SINGLE ROOMS
These are double rooms for single occupancy. We charge a supplement of 25 Euro per day.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
You will receive a 1.5% discount for payment in cash.
You can also pay the hotel invoice by EC card (A/D/NL) or credit card (Visa / Mastercard).
CANCELLATION TERMS
If you do not take out cancellation insurance, the Italian hotel contract conditions apply:
/ up to 14 days before arrival 0%
/ between 4 and 10 days before arrival 50%
/ 3 days or fewer before arrival 100%
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
costs 3 Euros per person per day and can be booked separately in order to avoid any potential cancellation charges.
LOCAL TAX
A local tourism tax was introduced in South Tyrol in 2014. The local tax of 1.30 Euro per night must be paid by guests over 14 years of age. This is a contribution to the preservation of the natural and cultural treasures of our region.
DEPOSIT
In order for us to guarantee your reservation, we request that you pay a deposit of 30% of the total price. To avoid cumbersome credit card numbers, please use the form on the right for secure payment of your deposit.
