The good things are so close at hand.
Almost nowhere is this more true than in our kitchen.
This is because our cuisine is based on fresh ingredients, inspired by our landscape, the Mediterranean and Alpine cultural influences, local, natural products from small farms, and the changing seasons.
Every day, top chef, Norbert Oberhöller, and his team conjure up menus and culinary creations that have made it as far as Expo 2015 in Milan. The team from the Boutique Hotel Rosenbaum were responsible for representing the gastronomy of South Tyrol at the world’s fair.
From breakfast and dinner to the varied culinary events, you can taste the pleasure that our creative chefs get from repeatedly finding ways to reinterpret high quality ingredients. Once a week, for example, the theme is
“say cheese!”
Cheese tasting on Tuesday evening
Our weekly foray into South Tyrol’s cheese specialities from different mountain farms, farmyard and village cheese dairies accompanied by homemade chutneys is sure to bring a smile to your face.
And because we love the wine landscape that South Tyrol has to offer just as much as its cuisine, we serve
only regional wines.
This is because even though the region is small, South Tyrol’s wine culture is highly diverse.
Be it a sparkling aperitif to whet the appetite or as a harmonious accompaniment to your meal, our sommelière, Nicole, will skilfully guide you through the mystical world of South Tyrolean wines.
